The Blue Cake Company is co owned by formally trained pastry chefs who specialize in scratch made cakes using the best ingredients (and the best recipes!). Our cakes are custom designed for each customer and their special event and range from one of our polka dotted express designs to a full sheet cake covered in hand modelled sushi cakes. Customers are always welcome to stop by for dessert. We have slices of cake, cupcakes, homemade cookies and brownies available daily.
